Working in Partnership… Making 2+2=5

Here at Secure Payment Solutions, we like working in partnership with other companies to help businesses with their EPOS and Card Payment needs

You’ll see that when you look at our social feeds and our printed promotional literature.

From our point of view, it’s simple. It’s about complementary skill sets and teamwork. It’s about collaborating with a team of competent people that bring different things to the party. When you do it well, then organisations become greater than the sum of their parts.

So 2+2 starts making 5, 6 or even 7. If you know what I mean.

Right now, we at Secure Payment Solutions are particularly excited about working with Studio44, a Web-Design and Digital Marketing specialist agency based in Crowborough.

We’re excited because they know way, way more about designing web-sites than us. They also know how to make sure that customers find websites, so that they sell more of what they are offering.

Secure Payment Solutions can do all the payments bit, we’re pretty confident that we can do it well too, but it’s rather pointless if nobody even knows that your website or service even exists.

Click & Collect and Order @ Table

One of our first achievements together has been to successfully implement our new Click & Collect solution for a brand-new restaurant and bar in Tunbridge Wells. It’s gone really well, and you can learn more about what we achieved together

It’s a great service because it is so quick and easy to set up. We did it for the Lyle in about 24 hours. It means that any pub, bar, or restaurant can digitise their menu in no time at all. Then by copying some HTML code onto their existing website, their customers can order takeaway food from them and pay for it all via their Smartphone at home.

What’s even cleverer is what you can do with it when Tier 4 restrictions are lifted and we can invite people back into our pubs and eateries again.

In short, restaurants can use exactly the same service to enable customers to order and pre-pay for their food and drink using their smartphones. It uses scannable QR codes so that when the customer places the order, the kitchen knows exactly what table has ordered it.

This of course minimises contact between customers and restaurant staff.

And NO dirty cash 😉
